I do a lot of magic and this was very easy to figure out and you can make this yourself, you just need a certain kind of deck with one card that is a (I should not give the secret away)

Hi Benjyboy, you are obviously also paying for the creativity it took to think up and design BOTH SIDES AGAINST THE MIDDLE. You're also paying you the secret to performing it and the instructional demonstration.
