I have really liked Mr. Breggar's material since I discovered him in his "Auto-Magic" column in The
Linking Ring magazine. This is a reprint of two of his books combined: Five Roads to Vegas and Back
to the Launching Pad (with a new introduction).
In these you'll find mentalism, close-up
magic, platform magic, multiple versions of ACAAN, and much more. I'd be hard-pressed to find an
item I didn't like. Mr. Breggar is very entertaining, both as a magician and while explaining his
effects. The entertaining explanations don't detract from the clarity, though. every item is
explained in detail, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I look forward to
seeing more of his material.
