The quality of the product is very high. Instructions and picture quality are clear. The bonuses are
an excellent touch and teach valuable tips. The 4 page booklet inside was interesting to read.
The DVD is split up into 4 sections, Tech, Flourishes, Routines, and Bonuses. There is no Play
All button so you have to have your controller handy because after each move it will take you back
to the sub menu.
The techniques and flourishes are taught silently with clear video shots
with music. Some techniques are easy. Most are difficult and will require many hours of practice and
should be practiced with both hands.
The routine section has two routines performed and
taught. The teaching of the routine is verbal with English audio and subtitles. Bond Lee performs
two routines in the studio plus a performance of him performing his ball routine on TV in front of
an audience and judges. The TV performance has English subtitles as well.
For the stuff you
need to practice most of the material at the bare bare minimum you’ll just need a multiplying
balls set (ideally silicone) with 3 gimmicks. A scarf or large silk too.
If one were to
want to perform the routines exactly as taught you would need 4 balls and 8 gimmicks, a receptacle
like a top hat, and a scarf.
