The not examinable part, I fix with a Max Maven idea. After the participant places the billet in the envelope. I ask them to rip a long piece of masking tape (while I p***). Then I fold the envelope and then I go around the whole envelop both horizontally and vertically with the tape (now it's examinable and the participant can hold it). It has to be torn apart to reveal the billet.
