This is a beautiful effect and really is perfect for the right situation. If you are a restaurant
worker you'll definitely want this in your arsenal for those moments when someone asks for help in a
proposal. Also, this is great for Valentine's Day and such.
Now for the downsides. First,
there is some craft work involved. It's pretty much a one-time build with one part you'll have to
repair after it breaks (and it will eventually). Also, it's very angle-sensitive. Head-on, it's
perfect. If you're doing this with folks beside you (closer than your 11 and 1) they're going to see
something. There's really nothing you can do about it, but since this is mostly a trick for an
individual or couple, you are good.
You can't give this away to them afterward because
they'll see the method unless you find a way to detach part of it before handing it out. You can,
however, give one heart to the spectator and keep one for yourself.
Attaching the ring for
the proposal part is very simple and only takes a few seconds. For the right situation, this is
really good and there's aren't a lot of choices for an effect like this. It's worth the price, and
the extra thing you'll need is fairly simple to get.
