Oh my God!!! These are the words that first left my mouth after reading this booklet. The routines are priceless, his thoughts and ideas priceless, his insights into the way he thinks and why, priceless. This booklet is invaluable to anybody. Don't get me wrong, I know that I'm calling it a booklet, it's 21 pages long, but the pages are (I think) around A4 size. There are illustrations, as well. This booklet is great, and the icing on the cake is
