I've always loved James George's ITRs and was looking forward to getting this new easy-to-maintain
model. I open it up and the thing is completely locked up, totally inoperable.
I
disassembled it and discovered the core had broken in half and someone had deliberately held the
halves together and wrapped thread around the break to make it look normal. I don't know what
happened to James George or Sorcery Manufacturing, but this is deliberate fraud, not unintentional
damage from shipping.
To Penguin's credit, they immediately issued a refund with no
questions asked, so A+ for customer service.
If the ITR had been in good working order I'm
sure I would have been very happy with it. Sorry, but I have to review what I actually got. I
strongly urge the buyer to be cautious when dealing with James George anymore.
Also - I
immediately turned around and ordered a Spider Pen X. More expensive but it works like a dream!
