junk....Extremely poor, uneven, lumpy weld....cant use this!
If it was heavier it would be hard to link.
I do not own this effect but it is remarkably similar to Richard Osterlind's Industial Strength Link. I learned this effect through Richard Osterlind Mind Mysteries Too Vol. 6. In the video Osterlind tells you what kind of spring to buy which can be found at an auto parts shop if you want a better spring.
What do you think of the effect is what most Magicians really care about, I do appreciate your comment on the ring weld however, in my opinion my audience will probably not even notice.
It might even enhance the fact with out saying look no gap in the ring.
