I'm a big fan of Craig Petty effects. In this live lecture, he covers a very large number of 'workers'. Many are almost self-working and could be done by a confident intermediate level performer. But in each case their impact is HUGE.

There are a few effects with both coins and cards that will take quite a bit of practice to perfect. But well worth the effort to be able to present miracles.
