The instructions are rubbish. 5 minutes. If you know how to do the moves needed, you'll be fine. Otherwise, this will NOT be something you can use. For me, I had no idea what he was talking about and threw the trick in the bin immediately.

FYI, if you go to Youtube and search for the moves he names and talks about, there are no shortage of videos explaining how to do the needed moves.
