After a long wait, received mine today and was very excited because I own Triple Helix and I love
it, upon taken everything out of the box I cannot find anything that tells me where to go for the
instructions, I have an idea how to use it, but I always watch the instructions. Very disappointed.
Snake, I have reached out to Penguin several times without an answer, my product did not come with an instruction link and password, I am getting ready to return it if someone will not help me, but I want to keep it badly but won't do so without instructions, please help, I have proof of purchase. Thank you
Hey man, I´m sorry to heard that... There was surely a mix up. Allow me your email to send you the explanatory video.
Tumi - Erik from Penguin Magic was kind enough to give me the URL and password, but I been playing with these over a month now and still can't get the flaps to operate properly, I own Triple Helix and love it, but this is really starting to bug me, may see if Penguin will still take them back.
