I can't say this was a great purchase, or a good one for that matter. JC walks through his performance on the illusions however he stats the obviously and doesn't really talk about any theatrical techniques, eg: "I now open the lid and get inside" this goes on for the whole DVD. I can honestly say I really only got 1 effective thing out of this DVD which was lighting design for metamorphis
