linking rings.
As a complete beginner to linking rings I found Matthew to be a great
instructor and very easy to follow. He also covers some of the things you should avoid doing with
linking rings.
His instruction is designed to see you learn a routine with these and be out
there within an hour or less performing with it.
On top of the superb teaching, these
linking rings pair up with other products including Ninja+, Ninja Fusion, the GiR impossible
expansion set, and possibly a few others.
Overall it's a great purchase and place to start
with linking rings.
