The props seem okay however the files won't play. They have a file that says READ ME FIRST and right
out of the gate it says it may not play due to subtitles so you should download this player at this
link. Well that's annoying, but I'll go ahead and download it. Didn't work. So I said okay maybe
I'll have better luck on a mac than a pc. Nope.
I checked around online and found a reddit
post where they had the same issue. I've sent a message to penguin and their customer service is
great but so far definitely not impressed with this product.
I bought this at Ellusionist and I had the same exact problem.
So I wrote to them and they add them to my Ellusionist account. I am guessing you can try to ask penguin to add them but to yours but I am not sure how that would work.
I hope you can solve this problem because everything you bought there is very good material.
I had an issue of videos not playing when purchased How to control minds from another magic shop. So I reported the issue directly to Ellusionist mail and they created an account for me and added all those video in my account within 30 minutes. So I think its better you connect with them directly. Their customer service is fast from my experience.
