There is no complicated sleight of hand here outside of a tiny bit of audience management at the beginning and end. This one depends entirely on you the magician creating a fun and amazing experience for your group. This leans more toward close-up due to coins being used, but it could be adapted to a parlor show if you put the postcard in an envelope and have it on display beforehand.
