I hope this helps, when you play a video there are way to slow it down. I use different video players "VLC Media Player" is a free download and is my favorite and it allows two different slow and slower speeds, both are slower without distorting things. Give it a try, also look at your current media player to see if it has a slow speed playback - I hope this helps
