I can't stop practicing this and grinning while I'm doing it.
I've seen some people saying
they can't do this because they're not flexible enough. I'm pushing forty and have no special
physical abilities so I'd suggest *pretty much* anyone could do this. I could imagine some people
with joint problems or something might have trouble with it but barring anything like that you
should jump in.
Like anything this will take some practice to do well but essentially it is
pretty easy and I was doing it to a reasonable standard within a couple of hours. A little exercise
is suggested for making it really smooth. The angles are better than I had anticipated and this is
covered in the download.
The tutorial is comprehensive, with a lot of tips and
troubleshooting and performance ideas. A fun five-phase routine is taught in full. I love this.
