Magic Tricks

I was really hoping for this to be a quality gimmick. So I purchased this effect just over a month ago but I just opened it today to practice the routine. Only after the 3rd round, it has broken...that's like 10 minutes playing with it. While I was using the gimmick I felt like it was a little tight to move but it was still working. But alas, on my third practice it broke. For $40 this is ridiculous and I'm very disappointed. The concept is awesome (hence the 2 stars) but for it to break just after opening it is completely irritating. for the amount of magic that I purchase is there a replacement policy>
