I love it! I wear it around my wrist. I haven't come up with a routine yet but I will like the fact that looks like a normal bandana but comfortable silk/Satan material and extra strength!

I think you mean SATIN material, not "SATAN material", but of course this item is called a "Devil's Bandana" , so maybe you did mean that ... ?

All kidding about typos aside, it is a great item and very useful for various routines. Dozens of uses.
