The visual effect is nice, but for $400, I certainly expected much better quality! Lego Frame has
been inside my home since it arrived a couple of months ago, and I have had to take three steps (so
far) to get it to function properly.
1) It did not include enough legos to build two of the
pictures, which the instructions state CAN be used together, so I had to order additional pieces
from Lego to complete the second picture — which took over a month, due to shipping delays at Lego.
Plus, it cost additional $22 dollars for the needed pieces.
2) Three of the four Velcro
fasteners came loose by themselves - with no force applied to the Lego plate. So, they had to be
re-glued back to the piece of wood to hold the Lego plate in place.
3) The black tape across
the top of the frame that attaches the back cover is coming loose - with no applied stress to the
cover. I have only operated “the method” about five times. That is ridiculous!!
