This egg looks real! It’s a very well made gimmick with a nice finish. The croud reacts a little
better with a brown egg so props for that. However… even tho it is durable the opening is obviously
the weakest point. If you perform this by yourself to the crowd you can’t go wrong. If you give it
to a spectator as a “teach a trick” type routine then you may be better off getting them a workhorse
type egg that won’t break. The rim of the egg broke while my spectator was pushing the silk inside
the egg. This could be because of a few things. The spectator will treat the egg rougher than you
thus cracking the rim with the fingers. Secondly the silk supplies .. although very nicely made, is
just way too big. This will attribute to overstuffing the egg and later potentially cracking the egg
itself. Luckily the egg only cracked and the show went on but right after the show I threw it in the
trash. I will repurchase some day in the near future but for my routine I need something that won’t
break. Otherwise pretty nice egg.
