It's possible that I just got unlucky and received a bad product, but the seams along the important part of the gimmick came apart in just 3 months of light use. I wasn't being super rough with it either, just doing some light practice and using it as directed in the instructions. I didn't even get a chance to perform with it. It's a real shame since this product came so highly recommended by a lot of people I know.
