It's explained well (I guess). The whole video is incredibly brief (3.5 min!) so it's hardly worth $15. But the moves are shown and explained. He does go over the flower construction, but again, all of that could have been shown and done in detail, instead he is just like, "do this then this," all in the span of like 20 seconds.
