I have never seen a more comprehensive coverage of this effect. Congratulations to Dan for his hard work putting this together. There is something here for every level of performer. I also think Dan's performances are well done, so tongue-in-cheek style. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn this effect and how to present it.
