Very similar to a jay Sankey effect. But still like this variation and presentation
the straw should for me be drawn all the way down to inside the glass makes more sense.
The slide could be card no need for plastic.
A duplicate empty glass card could be handed to spectator by means of a triple lift and double backer card.
