Erik is a total rock star, and this lecture is fabulous. His routine with "Nick the Duck" is nothing
short of absurd comic genius -- entertainment value through the roof. I recently watched Erik
perform this routine again, live, and it was one of the funniest, most entertaining routines that
I've ever seen.
His magnetized cards are awesome, and the presentational idea is brilliant
and entertaining. I love this.
Free Association is a really cool book test that definitely
has the ability to create strong false memories that bring the book test into total miracle realm.
Even if the false memories don't take (and they did take hold for me until I watched the
explanation!), it's a fooling and entertaining take on the book test. The method could be applied to
any book test, and it excellent.
The silk to egg routine is a wild ride and a good example
of how to take a classic effect and make it your own.
All in all, Erik is a super strong
performer, and anyone who would like to see an example of exceptionally well presented and
structured routines should absolutely pick up this lecture. Plus you'll learn wicked cool magic.
Just buy it. :-)
