The Bare Skull and Crossbones of a Trick Report this review

It's a nice trick that can be done nearly impromptu. You do need a couple of minutes in private to set it up if you did not come prepared. Also, I like that it uses coffee sleeves, so it feels fresh and like something someone with real magic powers might do to show off a little.
It uses two sleights that are not difficult to learn, and the video does give you enough to learn them (just barely). I just feel that more attention could have been spent on the sleights and on the patter. If you are an experienced performer, this gives you all you need, but if you are a beginner, the tutorial doesn't try to help you turn this into anything special. I think Dan Harlen would have done a lot better job with this tutorial than these guys do.
