Magic Tricks

I purchased this through the Kickstarter (not from Penguin). I don't normally post negative reviews, but I must say I am very, very disappointed with this. It looks and feels very cheap, plastic, and junky. It makes strange grating/grinding noises during operation, doesn't work smoothly, and does not work consistently. I would not even consider giving this to my grandson as a child's magic toy. When I read the Kickstarter comments online, there is universal negative responses consistent with my comments above. I wrote to TCC customer service, but received no response of any kind. I attempted to post a one star review on the TCC website a month ago, but they have not published it. Stay away from this product unless you want to waste your money! (Note: I have been very satisfied with TCC products purchased in the past, given them many hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money, and I purchased this based on those prior experiences. This, however, is one of the worst "gimmicks" I have purchased anywhere. It is like something you would expect to find at the dollar store.)
