My Spirit Bell was broken when I received it. Not just slightly, but the coil was ripped off. I think in shipping, due to low quality, it just broke. I have purchased it months ago and I have not sent it back, I still want to fix try to fix it. But yes I do want to note here that, it is unusual for TCC but the quality of this Spirit Bell is very low. A define, packaged reasonably, should not rip apart so badly in shipping.
