A fun trick with a popular gimmicked coin. This requires a bit of spectator management to ensure the
secret isn't exposed upon reveal. I've seen people reach for and/or almost drop the coin after
opening their hand. Neither of those are ideal!
Know too that there is a premium version
of this gimmick out there (it's mentioned in the tutorial) that you may be tempted to get to replace
the one supplied. If you go that route, it will be an additional expense and will more than double
the cost. That said, the step up in quality may be worthwhile if you do this often enough.
Dear Eric,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It means a lot.
As for the audience management, I believe the routine is constructed in a way that prevents them to reach for the coin, after opening their hand. Their phone is in their other hand! ;)
If you feel your assistant is jittery or shaky, hold their wrist as they are opening their hand.
Thank you also for mentioning the premium version by Roy Keepers as it is highly recommended for the US version, if you intend to do it more often or for promotional uses. For a EU version, feel free to contact me.
All the best
