Poorly made pad that is too large to fit the wooden base recess thus making it unusable. Sent Penguin a video showing the problem, and asked them to help remedy the problem and they refused without giving any reason (They just said they couldn't help). I have to say this isn't my experience of Penguin over the many years I've been using them successfully.... but it's a worry if this is now their new standard of customer service. It's not supplied with a UK plug, so extra cost there (I don't blame Penguin for that one tho').... It's probably a 5 star product, but 1 star for Penguin Magic service ..... hence 3 overall
