Magic Tricks

I’m a cards and coins guy. Therefore, I enjoyed the card packet trick, the impromptu wild card, and the coins across trick to be my favorites. Many good tips were given during the explanation part of the lecture on coin and card handling. I enjoyed her explanations of the Hamman count and the Elmsley count. I thought the showing of the second set of four queens in the impromptu wild card could be improved upon. I came up with a multiple lift sequence that I thought is more convincing when showing the second set of queens towards the end of the trick. I also played around with doing her coins across routine using my hands instead of using a glass. I like how the coin routine was structured. I like how it is done. This is the first time I have seen a coins across routine done like this. Overall I enjoyed the show and lecture. Well done Alexandra Duvivier!
