The gimmick is very cleverly designed. It even has a simple locking type mechanism that allows complete spectator inspection. Visually, the gimmick is definitely a fooler, and the change looks great. The idea of a card image changing inside a sealed keychain frame, with nothing visible upon inspection, really boggles the mind.

It is very easy to perform, and no sleight of hand is involved. There is one moment in the performance when you have to keep the spectator from seeing what you’re doing by using eye contact or some other distraction, but only for a very brief moment. And even at that, what you’re doing isn’t even really all that suspicious anyway. The hardest thing to do when performing is f***e a card, and that’s fairly easy for most performers.

Reset takes about 10 seconds. It looks to me like the gimmick is quite sturdy and will withstand hundreds of performances, at least, if you’re gentle with it and respect a possibility of breakage if handled too roughly. I’ve read reviews that say the gimmick is finicky. I would say it CAN be finicky, but Mark Mason covers this in the tutorial. I have no trouble.

It’s fun to perform, looks great, extremely convincing. Angles are 360°. Perform sitting or standing. No pockets needed, no switching of anything. The gimmick is plastic, so I suspect it’s possible to get scratches on it, although I’m not certain of that.
