The gimmick is built pretty nicely. If you keep your hand moving while performing it,
you can make the magic happen without exposing it.
It's not inspectable afterwards but as a magician once said, 'just move on to the next trick afterwards' (to paraphrase).
Another thought I had was taping a piece of flat metal or large thin washer at the bottom of a paper bag along with constructing a side pouch in the bag to hold individual pieces of gum, like chicklets. Then drop the one-piece Trident pack into the bag so it sticks to the metal plate, since it contains magnets. Then turn the bag over and pour the chicklets into a bowl for spectators to take, while putting the bag with the trident pack out of view. Just my lame thoughts. Best of luck.
