While most, if not all, of the forces described are likely to be "workable" in the sense that they
can be made to work in some performance venues, none of the forces seemed to me to be usable in the
close-up performance situations I find myself performing. Some seem way too procedural, slow, or
just plain boring. Others are clearly outdated and would need a fair amount of work to bring up to
date. Perhaps it is just that they do not fit my style of performance, and someone else could slot
them in and pull them off. I can only say that I didn't find a single one to be of any interest of
further investigation.
