Although the routine looks promising, the instructions, which are not provided, are supposed to be located on YouTube. Well guess what? Those instructions aren’t there, leaving you with a $50 hole in your pocket for some cheesy trick that you haven’t a clue how it works. Contacted Penguin about it, still waiting for a response. I think you’re $50 could be spent on some thing that comes with instructions. just saying.
