I was really excited to learn how to do these solves. The video production definitely had my
attention. After receiving the cube (seemed smaller than I thought it would be) and watching the
video many times, I do not believe this is for a beginner in cube magic. The video does go through
step by step in some areas but skips a lot of techniques that I believe are needed to perform these
solves. The very first video talks about a "stacked" status, but did not explain how to get to the
stacked "status". Instead, the presenter did the move with no step by step explanation on how to get
to the "stacked" status to the seemingly immediate solve. Disappointed in that. I'm only taking off
the first trick in this review. I have not been through the other 8 solves yet. I'm willing to learn
these sleight, but more explanation would be helpful. There are subtitles that help.
Hi, I bought this product somewhere else but I can give me few cents here. To learn Sam's solve more effectively, it is recommended as a pre-requisite, to have some knowledge from Takamiz Usui's Penguin live lecture (his one handed stack, which was reference alot by Sam) which can be found also here on Penguin.
The Refractor project by Kev G and Collin Claus is also a good database for cube sleight of hand / moves / terminologies.
