I gave this a 3 because first and foremost mine only came with one die. You need two dice to perform
the effect. And it is not easy to balance the cards even if you do it side ways. It's not really
easy to do the s***l. Even tho you must adjust the box one time before using it...the die sometimes
gets stuck...so I had to cut the "shelf" open just a bit more to prevent this. I hope everyone can
be honest about this effect. The creator does not really detail important facts and he is a bit
nackey.
I apologize for the oversight in your purchase. There should have been two dice included, and I regret that only one was shipped—this is my mistake. Murphy’s Magic is about to receive the additional dice, and they are helping to correct this error by distributing them to ensure you receive the complete set as soon as possible.

Regarding your other concerns, it is a great effect and usually gets amazing reactions. To balance the card, I do mention the surfaces, and I perform with the very same cards without balancing issues.

yes, mine as well. Kind of dissapointed I could not find a die of similar size. Messaged Penguin but havent got a response yet. Please assure that there will be a resolution i think this is a great trick other then that.
I also emailed customer service at Penguin and let them know about the missing die from the package I received. Brent replied and asked me to send a picture showing everything that I received in the package containing “The Experiment.” I did that and also included a picture of my order number on the invoice. Haven’t gotten a reply yet.
Hello Joel, first of all, congratulations on the Experiment. I am a regular follower of your effects, and this one is great. A very simple and creative game, with a powerful magical effect. Having said that, I must regret, like other consumers, how discouraging it has been to receive only 1 die. It seems to be a common problem for everyone.
