Magic Tricks

This is great. I love it. Cards can fit in the holster in or outside of a box. Easy to slide the deck in and out of the holster with no fumbling. I love the clip. Magnetic, so you can clip it on a belt or clip it inside your pants and it stays secure. The ‘clip’ mechanism is also wide enough that it provides stability, but not so wide that you can’t adjust its positioning along your belt. (Sometimes I have to adjust it a bit when I get in the car while wearing it; but it slides right back where I want it when I get out of the car.). Fact is, there’s no uncomfortable way to wear it…but you’ll find what works best for you, as it can create an issue if you put things in pockets that the holster may get in the way of. For me, it hasn’t been an issue whatsoever, but I could see how it MIGHT be for some. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish it came in a “right side” version, and not just the “left side” version. I’ve gotten used to wearing it on my left side and it’s not an issue for me as much as it was when I first got it a few months ago; but I’d buy a “right side” version if they put it out, just so I’d have the option of switching sides if I wanted to. It’s tilted forward a bit, which makes it perfect for both securely holding a deck, and ease of retrieval. It really is extremely clever in its design; even if it only permits it to be used on one side. Other than that, this is a great product and I will be purchasing a ‘back up,’ as I can’t imagine having to go through my daily life without my Colt 52 now. …And I’m not even really a ‘card guy’! So…4 out of 5 stars for me. But I like this so much that knocking off that one star was a difficult thing to do. I really want to give this five stars and it comes very, very close. (4.75 stars, really.) I just think performers should be given the option and, at the time of this writing, that hasn’t happened.
