One of the items (the cheaper, smaller one) was broken when it arrived. I reached out to Penguin
Magic and was told I purchased it too long prior to help me fix the issue but that they would try
and reach back out. I never heard from Penguin again.
This was a huge failure in customer
support. A defect turned into a horrible customer service experience. A little more
customer-centricity would be nice to see from the magic superstore we've made a titan in the
industry.
Very disappointed.
