If you’re looking for a deck with old-looking Houdini backs, then this is for you. The tuck ox is great, and the faces are great too. The Houdini-themed jokers aren’t great, though, and the vintage finish looks cheap and printed on rather than aged to any extent. If you’ve seen the onstage playing cards that Collectible Playing Cards released, you’ve seen the aged background used for this deck already—and it’s not great. Magic Makers and Ellusionist have both released much better looking aged decks if you’re looking for that sort of feel, and there’s any number of vintage-look decks that are done better than this one.
