It is red, a little bigger than a ketchup bottle (one of those solid red ones), a little over a foot in length, and on the bottom are holes to store a few balloons. Several pumps after placing the balloon securely on the end you are done pumping.

It is not a pocket pump, obviously because of the large size, but it is quick and easy-to-use.
