If you can't decide between this and Jay Noblezada's color change DVD, definitely get this. It was many more color changes, it has a chapter on different double lifts, it has the ShapeShifter color change (yes!).
Ben's relaxed and thorough instruction is just way ahead of Jay's strained "street" attitude, which seems more concerned with being "cool" rather than teaching the moves properly.
From a technical perspective, I also prefer this DVD, with dual angle views throughout the presentations.
