I bought this, but I was disappointed when I realized it does not actually fit a half dollar. I don't know what to do with it. So if your looking for that kind of shell make sure you go with an expanded one.

The shim shell is not supposed to fit a regular coin that's why there is a expanded shel

First you need to have the raven trick. Here's the link: http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/86 If you already have it, great if not, you should definitely buy it. The shim shell half dollar and nickel come with a shrink sized version of the coin. You are supposed to put the shrieked coin under he she'll and perform the raven. The result will look like a coin shrieked. You can also change it into other smaller coins.
