I combine this with a ring on string trick, and it is Killer. Just a great trick. HOwever, it does take considerable set up, and if you lose the parts, it really stinks because there aren't spares. But, it is PERFECT for restaurant that I do. Once set up, it is fairly easy to do, and repeatable.

Do I lose pocket space, as in an entire pocket? To set this up. I saw this gimmick nearly a decade ago, and can’t remember if that’s the case.

you can still use the pocket for other tricks, but during this trick, you'd probably want your pocket empty
