This is the best hand pump for pumping up balloons commonly known as animal balloons. On the dvd offered here Balloon School, Joe Montella also recommends this pump on his dvd. This pump is sturdy, and does not wear your hand down as easily as other pumps do. It also has a small compartment to that can be used to hold a few balloons as well.
