First off, let me say that this was a great DVD for so, so very many reasons. The run time is an
insane 5 hours and 41 minutes, and almost all the tricks are good. The stand up comedy is
hillarious, the monolouges, fun to watch, and the entire video was nicely filmed. Overall, this DVD
set gets a 10/10.
Disc One: This is all the performances of the effects and some comedy
and monologues and whatnot. I will review each trick on this section. Oh, and if it uses fire, I
will put an F before it.
Collect Me Not: A nice idea for a routine, just it seems as if
whenever I perform this all the spectators know something fishy is going on. I tried to get some of
my friends to watch Jay perform it to see if it was still fishy to them. It was. The handling is
kind of tough to get down too. In terms of what this looks like from a spectators point of view,
there are better collectors routines out there. In terms of handling, there are better routines out
there.

Stirring Silver: If you don't know this routine, you need it. It is
perfect for virtually any situation and you can learn it in a lot of different places. It is really
easy, really ingenious, and looks like real magic.

No Jacket Required: A tad on
the fishy side again, but that may be just me. It is pretty cool, the concept of coins flying across
your body and all landing in different positions. This one is pretty easy to do though, so it might
be for you, might not.

Color Blind: Great idea, and it looks like real
mindreading! Only problem is you need to construct a few gimmicks. It's not very practical either.
The gimmickes however are fairly inexpensive, and it is a really easy trick to do.

Mexican Jumping Coins: A lot like No Jacket Required handlingwise. It's not that hard to get
down, and it is a nice coins across. Again, some may like this, some may not.

F: Carbon Paper: Wow. This is a great routine, and if you think you have already learned it on
Secret Files, think again. This handling is a whole lot better than the one on Secret Files, and it
is a great idea for a trick. Whether you are on the streets, working bars, or even a parlour show,
you could find a way for this to be in your act.

Indentifying Features: A
fairly good routine. It's nothing really new in terms of handling. A cool routine it is however.

Fragile Harbor: All of you will see how this is done when you see him perform
it. Yes, it is really easy to do. Only thing is... THIS KILLS SPECTATORS! Many of you who have this,
I urge you to try this out. Trust me, you won't be sorry. It is super easy, and will leave many of
you saying, "Heck, why did I not think of that?".

Three Times Lucky: A triple
prediction effect, dealing with three selected cards. I don't like the vaugeness of the prediction,
nor the move used to accomplish it. Stay away from this routine.

Feed The Playing Cards: This is without a doubt, the most creative trick I have ever seen. The
moves, easy. The trick, magical. The spectators reaction, priceless. Some tricks money can't buy,
but for everything else, there is Jay Sankey.

Belly of the Beast: I did not
like this one to much. The trick itself is great, and it has a really good effect on spectators. The
handling, pretty easy too. Meh, you might use this, you might not.

Smugglers
Aces: His patter line is great for this trick, and the trick is good too. It does use the 2 for 4
count, and when he does it, I would swear that there were 4 cards there. This move is absolutly
beautiful in his hands. Oh, and the trick, yeah, it's ok. But the move...

Forgery: Another routine I rarely leave home without. It has a lot of variations, and I think
this is the best. Trust me when I say you will perform this. The ending really sells it to them as
well. X's multiply over and over and over again, and it is really cool looking. Pretty easy too.

Joking Around: I believe this is taught in other places, and is kinda one of
those filler tricks.

VIP: Either way you use it, to pick up girls or to read
someones mind, it scores big time with people. You probbably will use this one too.

Ups & Downs: A very practical and magical coins thru table. This you people will perform,
and trust me, will get great reactions with. 9.0
Missing Evidence: Again, nothing new in
terms of handling, it is fun to perform and gets good reactions.

X: I do not
perform the invisible deck. For someone who does, this is a nice little add on. It's almost like
adding Nitrous to a Lamborghini though, in a way it will still be astounding without, but better for
some with it.
For invisible deck workers: 9.5/10
F: Tracking Device: I perform this
in a different way than Jay, but the idea is great. You will use this. A person looks at a card. It
is put back in the deck. The performer than pulls stuff out of his pocket. A button comes out. It
bursts into flames, vanashing. In the case, it is threaded onto the selected card. Very direct,
quite magical.

Perfect Timing: Taught on the Boris Pocus DVD, it is a simple
idea, taken to new hights. Anyone who has MWCCIM will know how this is done.

Hotlink: A very romantic trick, which is pretty much limited to bieng romantic. Regardless, it
is easy and magical, so...

Stapled!: A really, really good idea for a trick.
Two cards are stapled together and left in full view. A card is selected, signed and returned to the
pack. When the staple is fairly removed, they find thier card stapled in between the two previous
ones. I don't perform this too often, but when I do, it gets great reactions.

Fade Away: This is on 22 Blows to The Head, and he used to sell this for 20 bucks alone. This is
a great routine where the spectator imagines the cards fading and then it actually happens! 9.0
Mr. Clean Coins Across: If you can do a good Goshman Pinch, you have this down. I perform
this a lot. If you have three coins, you can do this.

Disc 2: Explanations.
These are very in depth, and Jay is my favorite magic teacher. He does go a bit fast on parts, which
is no problem for any intermediate magician.
Disc 3: Bonus Material. This stuff is
awesome!!! Some of the greatest magic I have ever seen. My favorite disk in the set, the comedy on
this one is hillarious. NOT CHILD APPROPRIATE THOUGH! Oh well, the minds of today are already
scarred from Family Guy and South Park, so...
State of the Union: His performance and
explanation for this is hillarious. THe trick, it is ok. Two cards melt together... Nothing new.

Rolling Thunder: Pretty easy. Not something I perform. Some will, some won't.

Mountebank Aces: A great theatrical premise and a great trick. Ending is great.

Extended Credit: So much fun to perform.
You take someones credit card or drivers licsence and then you stick it in a small envelope. With no
funny moves, you snap it in half. When you pull it out, it is completely restored. The method is so
much fun!

Boxing Ring: Seen elsewhere. Not new. Pretty good. A spectators card
appears on the magicians ring inside the card case.

F. Spark it Up: A great
Christmas trick. Easy. Great for children. A snowman visually melts in a burst of flame. You
probbably will perform this at Christmas time. 9.5/10
Hit & Run: A pretty nice routine.
Some may like this, some may not. All depends on personal preference. 8.5/10
Transient: So
many DVD's of his this is in. Regardless, a great effect.

Case of Mistaken
Identity: This involves a gimmick you can make or if you have one its even better. I love the idea
of the card case morphing and this is the most practical of any I have seen.

Nowhere Coins: Kind of stupid. The whole lead up... People think something else will happen. No
one believes what they see, because they don't see it. Sure, coins appear from nowhere, but they are
put into a hand and expected to vanish. The idea however opens up a host of other uses.

Overall: 1000000/10. Please buy this. It is great, and I know regardless of your skill
level, you will find something usable. Jay is definitly one of my favorite magicians.
