As with all the Reel Magic issues, they are the greatest deal in magic. You get a full 2 hours of
entertaining reviews, interviews and even tons of tricks!
This one was my second favorite;
and if you don't know me by now, you should know that I am the worlds BIGGEST Jay Sankey fan. I have
90% of what he has ever released, and so when this came out I HAD to pick it up.
Anyway,
the high points of this issue were:
-Jay Sankey interview:
This is really the time
when Jay Sankey talks about rehashing and his critics. Really interesting to hear what he has to say
about them!
-Jon Armstrong:
One of the top card workers of all time, and this time
he is here with another SUPER informative helping session with breaks.
-Simon Lovell:
Simon Lovell is a book learner; he doesn't ever recommend DVDs. This is an interesting segment
about him talk--- erm... yelling about why books are better. Interesting!
-Hold Out:
This is a trick that came out not long ago by Ellusionist. I was honestly surprised to open the
little case to find actually gimmicks fall out! These are GOOD too; you get enough for four days of
performances.
I really, really enjoyed this issue and recommend it! THE gimmicks
themselves are worth almost the price of the DVD!
