I love purse frame routines and there are some very visual routines out there (Shoot Ogawa has a great routine and has a DVD all about his routine, although I think it's quite rare to get hold of). These frames don't come with any instructions but there are places where you can learn routines for this gimmick, or indeed you can develop your own effects!
