This is my favorite marked deck, because the marks are very subtle, and you can read them from a
spread, unlike other marking systems where you need to see the middle of the card. No one looking
at the back of a card will ever see the markings... I'm not sure if the deck can withstand riffle
scrutiny, but since the marks are near the edge, there's a better chance they will, since most
people will be looking elsewhere.
The only negative comment I can make relates to its
strength: because the marks are so subtle, you may have some trouble making them out yourself at
first. However, the more you work with it, the easier it gets.
I would also recommend
buying some of Boris Wild's marked deck routines, either in book form, or in his DVD set. You can
perform some true miracles with a marked deck, but you can also perform some absolutely terrible
effects if your peeks and reveals are too amateurish.
